Refund policy

Every piece is made to order. Your items are printed, and in many cases hand-painted, specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right, whether that's a reprint, a touch-up, or a solution we work out together.
